Getting Started Has Never Been Easier—Just 1-2-3
Step 1. Trash Preparation
Collection dates, service times, and waste container requirements vary by community. Residents should contact their community management team to confirm collection schedules, service times, or to report a missing waste container. To ensure proper collection, all materials must be placed in securely tied bags and set outside your door by 7:00 p.m. on designated service nights. No loose items should be left outside the bag, and bags must fully contain all contents, being durable enough to prevent ripping or leaking during transport.
Step 2. Reliable Collection
On designated service days, place one securely tied bag inside your waste container and set the container outside your front door during the two-hour window before collection begins. Ensure the bag fits completely inside the container, with the lid fully closed and secured. If you have multiple bags, please “snow cone” them by stacking one neatly on top of the other inside the container, helping to keep hallways clean and supporting a well-maintained, comfortable community for all.
3. Pristine Disposal
Once collection is complete, bags are promptly transported to the onsite compactor, ensuring efficient handling, minimizing clutter, and maintaining a clean, pristine environment. Please return your empty container to your residence by 8:00 a.m. the following morning to enhance the comfort and elegance of your home environment.
